All Sales Are Final
Because most items are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is an issue caused by us (incorrect item, defect, etc.).
Please double-check your size, color choice, and shipping information before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

We will happily replace the item if the issue is verified and caused by us.
Order Cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, Petty Tees is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
If the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot issue refunds for carrier-returned or lost packages.
If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Replacements
If a replacement is approved, it will be the same item, same size, and same design originally ordered. Substitutions are not allowed unless the original item is no longer available.
